Every call in Calls → Last Calls has an ⓘ button that opens the full report for that call — built so the NOC can diagnose without leaving the panel.
What it shows
- Call: source, destination and its prefix, disposition and SIP code, hangup cause, billed vs real duration, PDD, codec and the SIP Call-ID.
- Originator (customer): user, origination point, source IP, tech prefix, sell rate and amount charged.
- Terminator (carrier): provider, IP, buy rate, cost and margin.
SIP flow and PCAP
The panel shows the call's SIP ladder — every INVITE, 100/180/183, 200 OK, ACK and BYE with its time, source and destination — and a Download PCAP button that gives you the full signalling ready to open in Wireshark. You see exactly what each side negotiated, who hung up and why.
The capture is SIP signalling, not audio. It covers the recent traffic
window; a very old call may fall outside it and the panel will say so. The SIP flow and PCAP
require an admin role.
