your starting point: each row links to the chapter with the detail.
The short path
If you are just starting, this order works:
- Install and activate the licence.
- Load your tariffs: the client's selling one and each carrier's cost one.
- Create the client and its connection points.
- Build the routing and its dial peers.
- Test with the simulator and check the CDR.
USERS menu

One idea puts the rest in order: routing carries, the tariff connects. The
dial peer decides which way the call goes out; whether it actually connects, and at what price,
is the tariff's call. When something does not go through, check first that the destination
exists in the tariff.
